My grandfather has passed and my Grandmother is ready to sell the family 59 Acres close to Millwood Lake. This land has not been lived on and has not been used for hunting for 10+ years. She is asking $140,000 and I am sure she will come down for the right buyer.
DESCRIPTION
59 acres of pasture/woods with rolling hills and valleys, 2 creeks, a pond, good for hunting, pasture, or a nice get away place, with an all weather gravel road to the property. This property is located south of Ben Lomond off Hwy. 317 close to White Cliff community in Sevier County, Arkansas.

some big deer in that area close to the lake and river any issues with flooding?
