20 minutes from McKinney, 30 from Frisco, 40 from Rockwall... to your hunting lease!
Over 25 years of successful dove hunting! Nearly 10,000 acres all for one price. Most of the land is crop land, with some pasture and 20+ water sources. Corn, soybeans, Wheat, and cotton are or were in the fields. Where possible, we leave a buffer area around the edges of the fields for wildlife.
The hunting areas are diverse, and in two main areas near Howe/Gunter/Dorchester/Van Alstyne; or Leonard/Bailey/Wolfe City.
$250 per adult hunter, kids under 16 hunting with parents are free. Veteran's Discount available. A limited number of duck season add-ons are available for $375, but these won't last long.

Tours available virtually any day/6am to 6pm. Tours last from an hour to hour and a half, and see about half the property. Maps are available to paid hunters.
