I am curious how many Loyalty Points you guys have had when you have been drawn for a hunt.

I only put in for Gun Deer and Gun Mule deer. I put in with one buddy who has same amount of points.

We both have 11 Loyalty points in Dun Deer and 10 in Gun Mule Deer.

We put in for all the Gun Mule Deer options and about 7 of the most primo gun deer spots.

How many more years should we expect to wait?

only time will tell.. I have been drawn two years on a row with 1 point... archery mule deer 2 yrs in a row with 1 point. very odd and lucky.. that being said I have 3 categories that have 15-16 yrs worth of points and have not been drawn. no clues or averages that I can tell you to help.. but you will know at time of draw, laugh

Loyalty points are "bonus points" rather than "preference points". The difference is that in states that use the preference points, the tags go to the people with the most points, so you have a pretty good idea of when you will draw. Bonus points, on the other hand, just put your name in the hat more times. So if you have 11 points for the drawing, they put your name in 11 times. So, you can't really calculate odds or when you will draw, like in states that use preference points. You have better odds than someone else, but you will never get to the point where its a sure thing.
