If it's an old man that only is this way young, pretty girls, no slack at all. The friendly old grandpa act is a cover for being a perv. I noticed this with an older man with my daughters at church. It started to be obvious, I told him to keep his hands to himself. I could tell by his reaction, he was busted. Never did it again, with my daughters or any other of the other nice looking women he selectively targeted.
An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.
