Just brought home a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer, I am basically doing a make over with some light changes , soo I can't get it driveable to a tire shop, Have tried removing lug nuts, TOO Tight!!, pre WD 40, lug wrench, Reg box end w/ a pipe, NO HAPPEN, thought heating might help, Soooooooooooooo, suggestions ? Remembering I can not move it!
A bit more info, there is a vibration from that wheel area,(Right rear) a friend says the shock is bad, All tires are new EXCEPT that tire, it's the correct size, although quite worn evenly smooth,very little thred left. Was thinking because of the AWD the tire might be the problem.

PB Blaster and let it soak. WD isn't even in the same ballpark as that stuff.
Heat isn't a bad deal either but might screw up the wheel or lug. Other option might be a battery operated or air if you are where you can impact.
Good luck, that SUCKS!

Soak it with PB Blaster a few times a day for a few days, and get a longer pipe. If it's that bad, you're liable to twist off the lug, but they're easy to replace. Go into it with the intent of doing just that, and take it as a pleasant surprise if the nut breaks loose.

Thanks guys, will try it, never used it, yet! I do have two impact air wrenches, but as tired as I was, and irritated, the impacts become another story

Thanks to all for the advice,,,,,,,
It worked, got up with a clear head and found a 4' pipe in the shop, Broke em loose, removed tire and had a shop install a new one, after removing the tire noticed a bar, strut ?, that was loose from the wheel assembly, the insert was a slotted pressure fitting, I opened it a bit pressed the rubber end in and tightly closed the fitting. Car now drives like a dream. ...Mucho thanks

"Now to try the same thing with a JD Spindle assembly on my LA 145."
Well the lug nuts are happy and doing their job, Have been spraying the spindle bolt every day with P Blast, Needed to take a few days away per orders of Dr and Wife (operation stiches in the back) today went with pipe on wrench, no go, heated with torch, nope, guess it goes on the pickup to find a better solution.
Popped em off!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats it
let it die
