My internet has been out for two weeks now. I was scheduled for a repairman for last Friday who never showed. He said he called me and I never answered, which he never did call, and put me off til the next day. On Saturday, he didn't show either. I spent four hours on the phone with hughesnet as I run a business off the internet. They claimed that he tried to contact me, but there was no answer which was a lie. On Monday the same installer told me if I didn't pay $500 guaranteed visit few pages to him personally then he would not see me on monday, and it could be a week later. After informing hughesnet of this, they didn't really seen surprised. After he missed the Monday appointment and after they missed tge Tuesday appointment and after they missed the Wednesday appointment, I ended up with the installers company on in one phone, and hughesnet on the other phone. Both of them calling each other liers. I told them I would give them to the end of today til I unleash the internet's fury. No installer today so let's light them up. I will be posting this elsewhere as well. BTW they said my modem hasn't uploaded an update since March of 2017, and now my modem is so outdated it's slower than dial up.
