Seems they changed the outer shelll material on rifle cases. Anybody have experience with both? Which one is better

I have not had both. The new shell is a an addition to their line not a replacement. For my money Iíll stick to the original. It seems more durable.

Drove over to Bison and bought a scratch and dent for about 30% off. One little scuff on the back. I like it just as much as my pelican. Another option to look at, and their storefront is over in Ft Worth.
