Ladder tested it yesterday at 500 yards. 140 gr ELD-M.
Where it is showing me the best node is right around 1.0 gr more than an H-4350 node.
FYI

Anxious to see how your final load compares to the 42.4 of H4350...

It's making speed. The three best in the node chronoed at 2785 to 2820 fps, if memory serves. 24" barrel.
Speed is secondary to me. Consistency is first. Of course the faster the better, but I will keep a consistent slower load, than a less consistent faster load.

I've burned a little over 16lbs of it in 7mm-08ai. It's good stuff.

8 o'clock wind, 2-6 mph, explains the horizontal dispersion. I cannot explain the flier.

So how do think it will perform out of a 6.5x55 since 4350 is one of the go to powders for it?
Thanks

It'll do just fine. IMR-4451 is touching H-4350 on the burn rate chart. And IMR-4451 is an "Enduron powder" therefore allegedly very temperature stable, like H-4350.

Your problem isn't a flyer. It's inadequate photo editing. My group is much better... Only kidding. Definitely a good node. Lots of folks on SH are reporting that IMR4451 and RL16 are both good 4350 subs. 4451 is closer to 4350 in burn rate, but RL16 allegedly gets you a few more fps. I've got an 8 lb jug of 4350, so it's a problem I don't have to worry about for awhile.

This load is making a 140 gr go 2850 fps. Flat primers, though

Stumbled across six 8lb containers of 4350 at my LGS Saturday. He wants $225 plus tax.
