We are about to go look and sign a lease this weekend in mills county. It’s just north and west of Goldthwaite. What are y’all thoughts of the area? Good deer numbers? He sent us some pictures of some nice bucks. We also have a wheat field. Any info will help!

up 84 or 574? 574 has good numbers, and the occassional BC. I believe there are good numbers towards Mullin as well. You might reach out to GW. He lives in Mullin, and is personable.

South of 84 or north? East of 16 or west? A wheat field will be a great asset but you may not get anything to come up the way things are going.
