Anyone have any experience with their blinds or metal bases?

I believe this is riddler on the forum. I may be wrong.

I got a blind form him, it was a custom made combo bow and gun blind. He was slow in manufacturing due to a flooded workshop, I can understand that.

I discussed delivery with him and he was going to deliver to my lease and set it up, but that didn't happen. I ended up picking it up at his shop, and setting it up myself. That was a fun time. Well made blind, quality was good, but the customer service a little lacking.

Might have just been my issue, but 2cents

I had positive experiences with him back in the day. Nice guy and easy to deal with. This was probably 6-7 years ago or so.

On my second one of his 4x6's with the awnings on a 10ft base, lost the first one in a storm. Ordered the second one identical to the first. Caulked and flex-sealed every square inch of every seam before I painted it...very well sealed.

Picked up a 5x8 September 2016 from him. Nothing but trouble with it.

Shoddy work, communicated an agreed to repair list, delay after delay, he decides to replace it, then he stopped responding. PM me if you wish to see a list of the 5x8 blind deficiencies.
