I have an old Colt Police Positive in 22 Winchester Rimfire. That's an old round that's between 22lr and 22 Mag. So true confessions, my bud and I were out plinking one day using some CCI 22wrf ammo. Correct caliber Right? Fried three or four rounds and saw no hits. Rounds are stuck in the barrel and the barrel is slightly bludged. Called CCI and asked wft? They said did you turn the box over and read the part where it says not to use in revolvers? Turns out rifle and revolver bores were different sizes.
Long story short, I need a smith to remove the barrel and see if he can tap or other wise remove the bullets and return to working order in my shape.
Thanks in advance for any recs.
