I have read negative's about their customer service, but recent info has that it has improved.

Colt,

I have a few Montana Rifle Company rifles and am very happy with them.

Have not held an X3, but it ought to be nice.

The really nice thing about their rifles, everything works correctly right out of the box and nothing needs to be replaced.

Literally, open the box, mount the scope, sight it in and go hunt.

Every one I own has shot well below 1 MOA - a consistent sub- 1 MOA, not just one group one time, and some hover around 1/2 MOA when I worked up a handload for the rifle.

So, bottom line up

Looks to be a very reasonably priced rifle.

I have an X2 lefthand in 300wsm that shoots great and haven't had any issues with their customer service.
