Im with bill, I like the heb a lot. I enjoy the amount of tomato in it.

To me all salsa should be cold I have yet to find one that is warm that I really enjoy. I also think that most people think more of their homemade salsa than the rest of the world, maybe not, but that has been my experience. I would take pico de galla over most salsa any day.

I like both, all depends. I make a spicy tomatillo sauce served warm for breakfast tacos that's always a hit. I'm getting to wear I don't like putting cold stuff on hot/warm food. For ships and salsa I like it cold. I love HEB but their jarred salsa I don't like at all. That stuff is for no tortilla toasting crackers.

Kylito's is my favorite in a jar. Like it cold. Always cold.

ive seriously gotten to where i prefer it hot over cold tho i dont complain either way...just warmed up some Herdez and poured it over a half dozen pork tamales and damn they were good!

What store bought salsa do you use if you dont make homemade? cant do anything Pace taste to artificial for me. Herdez taste like homemade to me.

I prefer homemade and cold. I usually only make homemade if I know we are going to tear into it because it won't keep as long. Can you think of anything that taste better store bought?

herdez is the closest to homemade i have ever had and we eat it all the time here. my hispanic bride makes excellent pico and salsa but she doesnt have a lot of time being a teacher so we dont have it that often...just because something is homemade tho doesnt always mean its better
