How many rounds do you run through your suppressors before you do maintenance on them?

What type are you refering to? Never with centerfire rifle, after each use with servicables ie rimfire and some pistol.

I generally run between 1000 and 1500 through mine before cleaning it. Mine is for 5.56 and is serviceable.

For a .22, clean it, do the silicone oil treatment, then clean it every 1000 rounds or so. With the silicone treatment, you can wipe off the buildup.

It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

Would you have a link or instructions for that process?

That's the one. Do that to a new .22 suppressor and it is super easy to clean. Without treating first, you are looking at a good 20 hours in the tumbler and some work with a pick to get it back to looking new.

Has anyone tried the anti-spatter spray for welding on a rimfire or pistol silencer?

Soft bottle brush with lite coating of oil to knock off any accumulated carbon; don't get too carried away. Clean attachment threads often with soft bristle brush.
