I purchased this from Bud's Gun Shop in 2012. The RMEF model has a camo stock and an impress of the RMEF logo on the floorplate. I took the rifle to Africa twice on plains game hunts and was going to take it again when the extractor broke. I sent it in for repair and was told there was a recall on the trigger so that got replaced too. Since I needed another rifle pronto, I bought another .300 WM and took it. Now this rifle is back and I have no need for it.
It comes with a Leupold VX2 3-9x40 Duplex scope mounted with dual dovetail rings and mounts.
Rifle and scope are in excellent condition with some minor rubbing through the finish around the muzzle and a few very minor chips through the barrel coating on the barrel and trigger guard. The stock has a few minor chips around the action, but these don't show because of the camo finish.
Comes with original box and owners manual and scope box too.
This rifle was made back when 700 quality was still good. The bolt body is slick as glass. Accuracy is good on this one. I've put 3 shots in 3/8 inch but 3 in less than an inch is more typical.
$650 plus $25 shipping to your FFL or $625 FTF.
First "I'll take it" in the thread and PM gets the rifle.
