i had a pretty large hamburger pattie on sliced bread with hellmans herdez sauce and half an avacado was damn good but to late for pics

 Looks good! I cut down from 3 to 2 eggs scrambled with onions, jalapenos, & cheese topped with Louisiana hot sauce...and a small bowl of oatmeal & honey. What I've been eating pretty much every morning. In an hour I'll be chewing on a chicken & beef fajita salad covered in japs.

Does oatmeal give you a gas problem? Everything gives me gas problems  No it (Oatmeal) does not, bananas and hard boiled eggs are lethal though

Looks great. I like to make "egg mcmuffins" take those biscuits split em and egg a few pieces of bacon broke in half and then a piece of cheese... mmmm Messy with a runny yolk, but the only right way to eat a fried egg in my book.
