Hopefully someone can help me out with this, Im trying to get hold of Morgan over at class 3 machining as I need to get a weatherby vanguard threaded and need to make sure he is ok threading the barrel to the weatherby spec of 1/2x28 on a sporter barrel for use with a suppressor.

I have had a bunch of THf buddies recommend you, hope we can make it happen sometime. Edit: Have pile of parts here to eventually put together for a rig. Nothing fancy or custom but have a ballistic advantage barrel in 6.5 creedmore so hoping to get started on that setup.

My rental rifle is an absolute joy to shoot. 7mm-08, 17 pound rifle, suppressed, Manners T-4, and the bullets go exactly where you tell them to. Just about everyone that shoots it says "man I like that rifle! Do you want to sell it?" As far as your 6.5 Creedmoor goes, I know the cartridge well. I can give you a data sheet on how to load for it (if you're gonna load) and give you probable elevation corrections out to 1000 yards. Kmon1 is right, you will be hooked in one day. It happens every time. Boom, one thousand one, "impact", one thousand one, ping. The delayed ring gets in people's blood.

If I pay you well ahead of time, and set up appointment, will you thread it while I wait? Dfw is 2+ hours. No desire or extra time to go back and forth. If you can’t, I understand

If you can’t, I understand most people just mail him the barrel, upper, or barreled action. He will have it done and back to you in no time at all.

If you can’t, I understand I typically don't do that, but might can work it out one day. Same day is higher than normal prices, and must be stripped down. Will need to know what it is as well, some things like AK's I don't offer it same day. Email me or message me and can see if it will work or not. As Sappertitan said you can ship as well, most people do. Only adds about 30 total to the cost which will actually be cheaper than same day. Shipping is typically a 1-2 day turnaround. Just let me know. Thanks

Morgan is my machinist, after 32 years in the business, I don't even try anymore, he's the best!!!
We have a rifle article that will be published soon, taking a Savage 24inch 308 down two inches at a time, suppressed and open, and with two different loads, chronographed both ways, all the way down to 16inch. It's going to be epic.
