I am a little interested but what are the rules? Guests allowed, feed year round, split feed expenses or manage your own, water, animals that can be harvested, owner run livestock of any kind, year round access, entry gated/locked and good roads?

Guest must be with you and hunt off your allotment. Feed is up to leasee. Ranch has one pond and 5 water troughs throughout. Owner runs a few cows and rotates sheep throughout the 3 pastures. Access in off season is limited to filling feeders or work days. It is gated and kept locked. Roads are good throughout.
