This is one of the limited edition models that Remington produced starting in 1981 with a different caliber being produced each year. It is all original. The .257 was produced in 1982 and 6561 rifles were made. I bought this one new in 1982. It has the BDL type hinged floor plate. It has a 3x9x40 Burris Full Field E1 scope mounted that is 2 years old. I have found this caliber to be very effective on deer as most never take a step after the shot. It has not been used in target shooting and has less than 250 rounds through it. There are some minor dings in the stock as it was used as a hunting rifle. The price is $825 and I am located in the Frisco area. My computer skills are lacking in regard to posting pictures. PM me for pictures to be sent to you.
