Gaidos is great. A little upscale but wonderful food and service. My wife and I really like Cajun Greek too. This time we ate at Fisherman's Wharf and it is ok but nothing special. We really like Jimmy's On The Pier. I have heard good things about Olympia but never eaten there.
Also there is a place that will cook your catch inside the marina if your leaving from the docks. Rave reviews but never eaten there.

We ate at Olympia when were there a few weeks ago, it was for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding so it was buffet style. From what I ate it was a pretty good meal.
