Aka green tomato relish. I always can a few pints when my garden is almost done.
I start with green tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, and bell peppers. Here you go.
Chop, chop, add salt and sugar, then cover with vinegar, bring to a boil. Done deal. I dip it out with a slotted spoon into pint jars.
You can see that the jars have not yet sealed, but all do. I just heard the first one click.
