The end of May SpitFire and I spent nine days exploring Florida....and finally stumbled on a centerpiece....after four years of looking.... Four years ago the boys and I spent a couple of months turning a pile of rough cut oak boards into our new dining table. Since then we have been looking and trying different things for a centerpiece. Last week in a Key West T-shirt/shell shop we found these blown glass bowls melted onto cypress stumps. I fell in love with it immediately (and spent a lot more than I should have to get it). Once we got it home we filled it with "treasures" we picked up on the trip. I'm sorting pics to post on the trip. The table..... The centerpiece.....
