I just got a 783 in 300 min mag. what's people thought on this rifle. I practically got it for free thanks to gift cards and gander mountain going out of business.. keep or sell?

it is a good rifle for the money. the .300 win mag will not be fun to shoot but it will kill

I like mine okay. I shoot other rifles better but like Buzz said it will kill and I have killed plenty with mine. I have the .308.
