They look great to me. Fried these chicken breast all in the same oil. Don't let anyone tell you it doesn't last. Far and away the best oil for frying meats.

More gumbo, cause I love gumbo.  Sausage sauce piquant.  Smothered sausage (chicken & jalapeno).  Fresh killed bbq pork ribs and dove & brown gravy over rice at the ranch. I love cooking fresh killed anything.

Green chicken enchiladas with homemade refried beans.  One of my favorite meals on the disc.  Can only sit in the stand for so long before I have to have a taco or two, or three.  Lil' homemade salsa.
