I have a compound bow that I've had for years. It's been stored for a while is there anything I need to do to get it back in working order?

Where has it been stored, Climate Controlled or not?
Take it by a shop for checkout, strings, cables, limbs have seen many things get bad while stored. Most of the time though you can shoot the bow after being stored a while jsut a good idea to have it checked out.

Garage kept no case. I've had it for well over 13 years and it was old bow when I bought at a flee market... I'd like to take it to be looked but what would it cost to do that? how much for restinging?

Depends on where you take it, many places will inspect it for free. Getting up to shooting shape depends on what it needs.
