So I started this Cleanse that is supposed to be white pants approved!!!!!!!!  Yeah, hasn't happened...

You insert a tube in your rectum, they run warm water while you lay on your back.
You basically have constant diarrhea for about 30 minutes.
I tried it a couple of time, Seemed like a waste of time for me......

Green apple and a pot of coffee every morning keeps me pretty clean. I'm not as old as most you geezers though.... I just figured out it was the coffee.... I haven't drank coffee at all today and it is day 3 of the cleanse. So i am assuming it actually is white pants approved.
