Get busy, you have some work to do. I started to make a chopper yesterday and right in the middle of profiling it, I decided to make a big Bowie.

I was watching knife or Death and next thing lead to another and I was on bladesports website lookin at specs for competition chopper and that's where I ended up lol

Funny, same reason I was going to build a chopper.. However 3/16 is the thickest stock I had, one reason I decided to go with the Bowie. I like my choppers to be a min of 1/4" thick. I'd like to go on that show, but as old as I am I'd be wore out on the second rope.
