I have some shoulder mounts that are in total disrepair. Was wondering about synthetic skulls and attaching the horns to them for euro mounts. Anybody have experience doing this and is one certain kind better than another?
Thanks in advance for info

I did one for my father in law last year, had to remove each antler and try to get them lined back up, if i had to do it again i would get the one that lets you keep a small piece of the skull connecting them like doing a normal shoulder mount, looks much easier, but would require apoxie and paint work to match up the they synthetic skull.

I'm having a couple done from some plains game that were way over boiled. The taxi said it was no big deal. I think the ones he was showing me were from McKenzie
