Well I am of the once you get that smoker going just fill her up and let it roll. Today's meats are: turkey breast (you know have something lean), pork tenderloin, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with provel cheese and green chiles (I will finish it with a roasted raspberry chipotle sauce), dove poppers and chicken wings. Smoking it all over oak.
My daughter made this for me last Father's Day, so I like to serve on it when I can.
