As title says. Any links to anywhere? Been looking for several days. I prefer 16” stainless with 1:10 twist but Im not opposed to any other option if the price is right
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.

Agree 100% on ARP barrels. May I ask why you want a 1:10 twist?

Blackstone Arms (posted above) builds a fine upper as well.

Agree 100% on ARP barrels. May I ask why you want a 1:10 twist? I’ve read that is the optimal twist rate in that round. Should I be looking for something different?

No further research is necessary, sir. AR Performance has optimized the chamber and twist rate for the 6.8. An ARP barrel installed by a reputable builder like Blackstone, will be the premium of 6.8 rifles. PM me if you want more specific info. I have a few 6.8 rigs to compare.
Haha yea I polished that thing for hours.

Is there any reason that I cannot build my own with one of their barrels? I already hve an Aero stripped upper and a 6.8 bcg. Im wanting something different than the standard 5.56 stuff that I have been building

If you have the ability and the parts, your rifle will be as good as anyone's.

I guess I'm the only one that doesn't endorse ARP's barrels. I've got 3 of his barrel's,and they shoot OK at best. I have a 18" SPR 223,a 16" SIX5,and a 16" 6.8 barrel, and have never been impressed with their accuracy with any bullet/powder combinations.
I just built a new 6.8,and used a White Oak barrel for it. I haven't had time to shoot it yet,but every barrel that I've ever bought from White Oak has shot well under MOA.
Harrison's 6.8 Super bolt is a good piece, but I'll never buy another barrel from him.

Yankee Hill makes a 1:10 barrel. I've never used their barrels so can't say either way. I've always used Wilson Combat (1:11)with LWRC bolt and never had any issues with accuracy or reliability.

Harrison's 6.8 Super bolt is a good piece, but I'll never buy another barrel from him. This is an interesting observation, and one which goes against the long time ARP reputation that I've discerned over the years and on many forums. Incidentally, it's the first poor review of his barrels that I can remember coming across. My 12.5" has done sub-MOA with every factory round I've put through it (at least three different brands), and yet you've received three different barrels that shot "OK at best"? If that is in fact the case, and I don't doubt you, I'd really like to know what your definition of "OK at best" is. Every company is capable of building a lemon, and they do, but three different times? I'm sure you understand why someone would question that, and it deserves a little more discussion. Don't you think?

+1 I have 2 ARP's & they both shoot MOA or less.
The North has double last names. The South has double first names.

I shoot a Bison Armory and it kills hogs dead as any other barrel. I have a buddy with a 6.8 barrel for sale with maybe 200 rounds through it. PM me if you want me to get y'all connected. Wants to sell his dies too. Poor guy is having an accuracy problem and blamed the caliber. He put a 7.62x39 on it and told me, "It's super accurate now, can cover 5 shots with a dime". Last time we met at my place, he had the same problem, 2 or 3 shots close and then 2 or 3 about 3 or 4 inches away. Long story short, barely used barrel and dies if you want em.

I shoot a Bison Armory 18" barrel on my 6.8, but I wouldn't hesitate to switch it out with one of Harrison's ARP barrels. Either one will work great for you.
