My crew of two strong old ladies are hollering from the yard. They be hungry. I’m working on it.  Butterflied chicken breast brined overnight stuffed with lump crab meat and shrimp. Garnished with a scallion and a fat stalk of asparagus. Embellished with a big dollop of cream cheese and wrapped in peppered bacon. They’re going in the oven. Man I wish the smoker was ready, next time I’ll smoke them. They are a frequent request around here.
