Butterflied chicken breast brined overnight stuffed with lump crab meat and shrimp. Garnished with a scallion and a fat stalk of asparagus. Embellished with a big dollop of cream cheese and wrapped in peppered bacon. They’re going in the oven.
Man I wish the smoker was ready, next time I’ll smoke them. They are a frequent request around here.
