take him to Taylor at TNT Taxidermy in Ingram, he has a HUGE state of the art freeze drying set up. that velvet will stay perfect FOREVER.

I took him to my taxi here in Angelo. He doesn't have freeze dry capabilities. He sends all his stuff to Kerrville. Or if not in a hurry (which I'm not), leave it in his freezer for 9 or 10 months to let it dry out. I opted for this due to price. Also, there's several bucks larger in the group. Hoping to get a chance at one of them!
