Here's your opportunity to jump on a great deal if you haven't already booked a trip this year!! Perfect couple, father/son-daughter,or corporate trip.

Northern Manitoba Premier Fly-In Fishing or Fly-In Fishing/Black Bear Hunt Combo.

5 day package – June 10th-15th
$2,500.00 per person
Choose from 5 days of fishing only or 5 days of fishing/black bear hunt. That’s right......same price for either package!! No trophy fees on black bear. Fishing package alone is normally $3,995.00 and the fishing/bear combo $4,395.00
6 spots just sold and we have another 10 we can offer at this price.

Located in the Canadian Shield, approximately 500 miles north of Winnipeg Manitoba, this premier lodge is the only lodge situated on this 60,000 acre/70 mile long pristine lake. No road access here, strictly fly in only.

The Fishing:
This premier lake commonly yields some of the biggest fish in Manitoba, including 20- to 30-pound-plus northern pike, 30-pound-plus lake trout, and 4 to 6-pound walleyes. Fishing will be fully guided and done out of 18 foot aluminum boats with a casting deck/40hp motors. All fishing will be catch and release. The only fish that will be kept are for shore lunch.

There is also the option while there to add a fly out to one of the 4 other outpost camps/lakes they fish. These will be a day trip retunring back to the main lodge in the evening. Your guide would also accompany you on the trip. Cost would be $300.00 a person.

The Bear Hunting:
The last manager at the lodge, who is no longer with them (new manager), never really pushed the spring black bear hunts, even though he should have. Most of the bear hunting that was done, was in the fall, in conjunction with their fall moose hunts.......if time allowed or as an incidental. Due to this, hardly any bear have been harvested in the last 5 years. The bears have actually become a nuisance at a lot of the outposts they have and they are worried about the calf (moose) population. They need to take some bears out! If patient, hunters should expect bears in the 5 ½-6 ft. range with larger bears a real possibility. Color phase bears are also present. Hunts will be baited and you will hunt out of ladder stands (evening hunt). Good chance that bears will also be seen out of the boat while fishing. Bear tags are limited so act fast if interested in the hunting option.

Package Includes:
Charter flight on scheduled days from Winnipeg, MB to the lodge and back (50 lb. max luggage).
Private cabin accommodations – 2 queen beds per room with bathroom
Daily guide service – 2 people per boat
Daily maid service
3 meals a day
Prep/skinning of bear - if taken

Not included:
Accommodations before and after the hunt in Winnipeg, MB.
Bear License/tag and hunter allocation fee if hunting - Approx. $350.00
Firearm declaration fee if hunting – Approx. $25.00
Fishing License – Approx. $40.00
Rod/reels – Can rent one single action rod for $20.00 or three different action rods for $40.00. Cost is for the whole week, not a daily rate.
Tackle – Available at the lodge to purchase. If bringing own, lures must be barbless.

On the extra days.........the only options are a 5 day trip, or a 10 day trip. This is due to the scheduled flights from Winnipeg. Not your normal/small charter. Larger aircraft like a DASH-8. Capacity of 30 people+
