had 20 legs and 8 thighs seasoned them with black pepper, seasoned salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and onion powder....put them in the crockpot then put soy sauce, whostershire sauce and louisana hot sauce on them put it on high and let them cook about 5 hours....sorry didnt take pics but i'll post some another time as i make this about once a month...cant go wrong with it hope you try it out up

we had mashed potatoes and greenbean cassarole but you can eat anything with it lol

its spicy but not overpowering...glad i found this i need to start making this again

Try that in a pressure cooker. Same results in 30-45 minutes.

How does the skin come out texture wise though?

We sometimes do the HEB Fajita Chicken thighs in the croc pot and they come out awesome, there isn't any skin on them.

i personally like chicken skin so i couldnt tell you how it would be without it...i'm sure it would still be good tho

chicken skin doesn't crisp up in a crockpot, or, I may have had too much liquid
