I am wanting to pick up an electric call and a motion decoy. Without breaking the bank, what would you guys recommend.I have a night vision scope, but for now, I am just interested in doing day hunts.

Buy a foxpro call. There are a few for 150.
I don't know what it's call but the same people who make mojo dove make a rabbit. Maybe mojo rabbit.
Should cost around 200 bucks.
