we do are own preparation of hog & venison. Steaks & sausage, ground meat. Can add hamberger if not inta the venison. Flaver with your
choice seasoning. Used bigger holes first, added seasoning then put threw with smaller holes. Did samples, threw in fry pan, & added ta taste.
Size antlers usualy goes with age, & like with steaks, older cattle not as tender.
Differance between rack hunters. Younger more tender.
