Recipe per kid:

1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 serving spoon can corn
1 serving spoon can green beans (french cut or regular)
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoon mustard

2 sheets of foil big enough to wrap the contents. Make a plus sign with the foil one over the other. Put the contents in the middle. Salt and pepper as you like. Wrap it up so it won't leak. Put it on the camp fire grill, grill, or in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes depending on how big the breast is. It's easy, no pans to clean up and the kids love it. Mine like to make their own. This is also something you can make in advance, leave in the cooler or fridge at the lease. Get back from the evening hunt and your ready to cook.

I was a Boy Scout leader for a few years and your recipe reminds me of their favorite campout meal: FOILPACKS!
They used either chicken breast, hamburger, venison burger, or sausage as the meat. Then added (one or all) raw potato slices / wedges, carrots, onion, green peppers, cabbage, or celery. With the chicken they added some margarine to supply moisture.
Boy, just thinking about those foilpacks is making my mouth water.

Works great for fish too! Maybe put a slice of lemon or lime on or in the fish, little olive oil, throw a few veggies in there!!!

we always called them hobo dinners ... you can also cook in the oven in advance, freeze and use as ice in your ice chest ... merely thaw/re-heat on/by a campfire and you're done
