Probably a deer shoulder slow roasted for 6 hours, mashed taters with a gravy made out of the shoulder drippings, green beans, deviled eggs, and a coconut cake. oh, and homemade yeast rolls.

Looks like I'll be home now, so will probly cook a couple briskets for sure. Might boil some crawfish and make a gumbo or a smothered sausage, and fry some shrimp and boudin balls...and some back strap.
