Olympic bench, Olympic weights and bars, standard weights and bars, curl bar, kettle bells and dumbbells for my weights. For cardio we purchased a treadmill and spent as much as we could afford. I was hauling a load of stuff to the dump and saw a dude with the weights in the back of his truck. I asked him if I could have them and he gave them to me instead of recycling. I got the bar and 400 pounds of weights. You can’t beat free.

In a garage, I'd skip the bar and have as many dumb bells as I could get along with an adjustable bench.

An unethical shot is one you take, that you know you shouldn't.

My setup is really basic. I've got a Titan wall mounted pul up bar with a set of Titan gymnast rings attached. A Brute Force sandbag, a jump rope and a 35# and 50# KB. I've got a sheet of plywood to build a plyobox, I just haven't gotten around to it. I've also got a 2" battle rope as well. All that mixed in with some running makes for a good workout and I'm less than $300 into everything.

I've gone from basic to not so basic. I'm waiting on delivery of a Titan T-3 rack with rack dip handles and mini farmers carry handles with an Atlas hybrid barbell and 410# of bumper plates. I need to build my platform in the next few days before the rack gets here.
