-Bacon wrapped sea scallop served on top of a jalapeño cream sauce
-Seafood Arancini served over a spicy pomadora sauce
-Grilled shrimp served over a polenta cake with marinara and topped with fried basil
-Quail stuffed with bacon pate on top of wild rice, roasted carrots, and balsamic reduction
-A 12 oz pork chop served over cheese grits and topped with a spicy diavolo sauce
We sampled(listed above) a few new dishes that are going to be added to our new dinner menu at the lodge for this spring & summer.
The portions in the pictures are smaller(some 1/2 & others 1/4) of what you’ll actually get as we needed to leave room to taste them all.
