Traveling back to San Antonio from Memphis Sunday, no wife no dog this time can stop when and where, Any recommendations for good brisket along I30. Thanx

I hate that stretch and usually just hammer down and get it behind me. I do recall one place right on the north side of the highway. I think it was just past Texarkana.

Sunday is going to be tough for BBQ. Naaman's in Texarkana and Outlaws in Mt. Pleasant are what I would recommend but they're closed on Sunday's. Silver Star Smokehouse and Saloon in Texarkana is the only BBQ place I can think of that"s open on Sunday. It's right off I-30.

Thanx for info. Stopped at Ammo Depot, Caddo Mills to pickup a couple of things. Getting hungry so just stopped at Soulman’s couple exit up the road
