They previously said theyíd have it for about a month, but that time came and went. I called them to find that the delay is that they canít fix it, so will give me a new one, but they need to make more new ones. Itís not like I need it any time soon, and may wind up selling it if my brother doesnít want it back on his rifle (I swapped scopes with him, since his was busted and I had one I wasnít using).

Iíve never handled the M8 but the FX-2 is an excellent scope in my opinion. I have on in 4x that is currently sitting in a drawer with rings on it ready to go. Granted thereís a place for everything but if you need fast target acquisition with decent glass in a light package this is a fine choice. I slap it on anything I buy to see if I like the rifle before spending money on glass. If it wasnít for that it would find a home on a 22 or something with a big fat slow bullet for the woods.
