I have an old office trailer that someone punched A bunch of holes in the bottom side to screw in ground skirting. How would you repair this?

If it will be painted over use a paintable caulk vs. silicone.

Put in a larger screw with a rubberwasher in each hole. If you prefer, use a painted screw of the color your preference. You can buy them with the washer in bulk from Mueller or Metal Mart.

If you use any type of silicone sealant make sure area is clean, use alcohol. If going to use a caulk use a rubber type, others will dry out crack and fall off. The screws with rubber washers are a best bet.

Was wondering about some kind of roll on bed liner type material, but I guess would have to silicon the holes first anyway. and it would be expensive.

Don't use silicone. Go to a camper supply store and buy some Dicor or Proseal sealer/caulk. It will last much longer.

Check with a metal roofing supply house about getting screws with rubber washer that match the paint color.
