Looking for a deer lease within 4 hours of Houston, TX.

We recently lost the lease I've been on for the last 25 years after it was sold. Looking for something within 4 hours of Houston. Not expecting a trophy lease. Would prefer to have lease to ourselves, but would consider merging with another group of hunters. We are respectful of other's property and are responsible hunters, with our own equipment. Water and Electrical not required. Will mow and maintain our spots.
