I have a difficult time finding an eight ounce baking potato. I generally end up throwing out half. Sometimes I freeze the other half, and make a stuffed potato with bacon bits. This was my lated s attempt. It was fine,but.............

What do you put in there?

Shredded cheese, chopped green onions, sour cream and spices. Easier when you make 6-8 of them.

That is a baked tator. Twiced baked involve whole cream, significant amounts or sour cream and an ungodly amount of butter. Cheese on top and cooked as a casserole with bacon bits and chives.

Scoop the innards out into a bowl. Add stuff and mix then stuff the tater with it. I would add chopped green onion, butter, s&p, bacon, cheese, bacon, sour cream and bacon. Japs on top.

That's about what I did except I used ranch dressing instead of sour cream.

What Cast said. I like to eat the skin so russet potatoes require a lot of scrubbing. I sometimes use yukon easier to clean plus might be easier to get the size you want.

same here except no sour cream, maybe a little ranch dressing and a lot of black pepper (for mine) ... sometimes I put in a little chili powder. then back into the oven on broil to slight brown the peaks and crisp up the skin

I should have clipped the tops of some of my wild onions and put them in there for my presentation.
