So, I'm on this low carb diet. I don't like to cook every night so I will cook a bunch of chicken breast on the weekends then eat them during the week. When I run out I turn to those "Smart Ones" microwave meals. They suck but they work. I heard They are bad for you cuz of chemicals

Hey Buzz, try the HEB store brand "smart one" type meals. They're actually pretty tasty.
