Expect to pay 3250-3500, depending on what all is included (lodging, food, etc.) and that's for a bull. Cows can be had for less, 2500-2750.

I did a scimitar hunt this last weekend for $2500 with Kings of Eight Outfitters. Mine went 40" and I think a bunch more there will be 40"+. I think if you tell the outfitters you expect 40", the average price is going to be closer to $4K. 40" seems to be the point where they get expensive quick

Breckland Ranch has some nice ones that size. I got mine there in December, they are in San Angelo.

If you want a female you can get that done for $2500. $3500 is usually about the range for a 36"-39" range.
