Just smoked it about 4 hours and put the package glaze on it. Might not do that next time.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

I bet. I got the itch a few days ago for smoked ham. Went to local BBQ joint and ordered a sack of sandwiches, half ham half lean brisket. Man they pile the meat on thick, and the potato salad and jalapenos are DARN good there. Good quick meals when you're busy doing stuff and can eat for days. up Harvey killed my old faithful stick burner that I had for a long time, so just using my bent up Weber grill. I'm looking forward to breaking in a new BBQ pit some day. clap
