Finally I can chime in...did 10-2-4 last Spring, and are set to go again in a couple weeks. My inlaws are from Commerce and the ranch is about 5 minutes down the road from their house so easy and they know most everyone there. Now, I will say I did not have to pay for it, but the hunting was badass. It was just me and my brother in law and the guide(it was the young gal, can't for the life of me remember her name). She and the dogs were awesome. We shot about 35 quail, 6 chuckar, and 4 pheasant in about 3 hours of hunting. We didn't stay overnight, we did get lunch which was very good. I'm not an avid upland hunter, but I've hunted wild quail/pheasant and I will say the quail/pheasant at the ranch surprised with with how high/fast/far they flew. They didn't just flop up and right back down. The chukar on the other hand had to basically be kicked out to fly. I believe we are going back in 2 weeks and I can't wait. Overall I'm kinda cheap so I'm not sure I'd front for it unless my dad and brother got involved to make it a family deal.

I got invited by a vendor to go to 10-2-4 last year. Its a nice operation, nice lodge, fun game room with pool table, shuffle board etc that we hung out in. You get started fairly early which I like. Birds are flighty, especially the few pheasants they had mixed in. Here are a few pics of the grounds. It was great timing for my 8 mo old pup last year.

No lodging on site and great hunts available close enough to Dallas to be home for dinner. We ain't fancy and we are family. Lots of lodging 8 miles away in Terrell, Texas. Thanks Wacm
